NA rule fix

Not really a "fix" as much as appended.... I been putting thought to the rul that you have to be down to 5 by the end of week one. Lots of teams keep guys down, such as pitchers till they need a 5th. Some times that takes a couple weeks. So Im planning on changing that opening week to the first 2 weeks and that would also stay in line with the entire season as I already have it set up.

 Also keep in mind you can be over 5 NAs in the offseason as long as you didnt personally add them or trade them still.
